About the Couple

Megan Burke and Bryan Jenkins are tying the knot!

Bryan and Megan met 12 years ago at Palm Beach Central High School underneath the stairwell at lunch. Through common friends they started to get to know each other during lunch periods. He was a funny, charismatic, class-clown type who always had holes in his jeans and played guitar (read: lady killerrr). She was a wanna-be hippie, ballerina, and closet nerd (minus the closet part). They dated for over a year in high school, as serious as a high school relationship could be, but parted ways before leaving high school and ended up at different colleges. While he went to the University of Miami and partied it up in Coral Gables, she attended the University of Florida and had a blast in Gainesville. After maturing a bit, or so they hope, they both ended up back in South Florida to start their careers. He reached out via a text (so romantic), and so it started again in early 2012. Bryan and Megan have been together ever since that text and genuinely love each other's company. They have been to many places and gone on many adventures together these past 4 years, but perhaps the most monumental trip so far was a weekend trip to Chicago this past March where Bryan got down on one knee and proposed. As one may expect if you know Bryan - he did it big. He worked with the staff at Willis Tower to plan a private proposal on the Sky Deck floor, 103 stories above the lit up city of Chicago. She said yes, of course, and so it began... They are so excited to celebrate their wedding day with all of their family and friends this coming March!
